I'll be starting cold email outreach using Instantly AI. So to get started, I bought a domain from Namecheap. Now as I am on a budget, I'm wondering which would be the best email hosting setup for me? I'm planning to buy at least 2-3 emails so that I can start the outreach in a healthy volume. I also want to ensure deliverability of my emails so I'm confused whether I should go for Zoho Mail or Namecheap's email hosting or not as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace seems to be pretty expensive. How do you guys add websites with lots of sub -links into your knowledge bases? Trying to use the website as a knowledge base for a chatbot. Now the website has over 50+ sub-links in it as you can see in the picture. Going through each link and copying the data would take a whole lot of time so what would be the most efficient way to get all the data for the knowledge base into the supported formats (e.g pdf/doc/html) as shown on the second picture?
