Let’s do a friction challenge together 🚀
What is holding you back from taking action on your road to success? Is it overwhelm, obstacles on your path? Limiting beliefs? For example: I overestimate my willpower to work out “oh, I will do it later”. So today I will make a daily planner in Canva that I will use to plan my priorities ahead and by time boxing my day (using the primed mind principles). My two top priorities every day are healthy, satiating food/fuel and some type of exercise/movement - without those my cup is empty and with an empty cup I cannot do well at my job or for others. Sometimes there's just not enough time in the day to get done what I want to get done; so then it transitions to what I need to get done and I get on with the rest of it over the next day or two until my external list is complete. I let myself feel okay about that and allow only 5 seconds to feel guilty :o)

Hi everyone, I want to know what your favorite dishes with tofu are ☺️ mine are scrambled tofu, tofu mince spaghetti bolognaise, tofu ricotta lasagna and everything stir fry and curries. Looking forward to your answers 🙏

@Olivia Morasch I don’t take creatine; I have heard to take it after working out as it helps aid in recovery. But I feel being vegan inherently aids in recovery - I personally am less sore overall and sore for less time after my harder workouts. I do drink a tropical flavored BCAA during my workout; I think it’s more a mental thing, I feel more energized drinking it during workouts rather than plain water.

Hey Guys, I wanna get to know you better: What was your reason for going vegan? I went vegan for health and "performance" after having watched The Gamechangers. But I stayed vegan for the animals :)

I refer to myself as a “selfish” vegan 😆🤣😁 …since I am vegan strictly for personal health and potential longevity…it just happens to provide benefits way beyond me.
