How Important is Hydration?
As so much dis-ease is triggered by inflammation, staying hydrated is crucial for healing as it supports vital bodily functions. Water aids in nutrient transportation, toxin removal, and maintaining cell health, all of which are essential for tissue repair and recovery. Proper hydration helps reduce inflammation, promotes skin elasticity, and accelerates wound healing. Additionally, it maintains energy levels and supports the immune system, crucial for combating infections. Adequate fluid intake ensures optimal healing and overall health. And as accessible and refreshing as water is… remember all water isn’t created equal.. reach for distilled instead of tap or spring. Here are a few more options for hydration with added benefits! Water with lemon first thing in the AM should help to flush you - and some have found it keeps them satiated until noon, also pure coconut water. I prefer mine straight from the trees, but if you can't get to an island, try some that comes in a glass container that are prepared fresh for you! There’s also the ‘green juice’ formula (I'll post the recipe). There are many out there, but I prefer the one from one of my holistic Dr. The point is to be refreshing, help keep the blood pumping, & to move those toxins out of you rapidly. i strongly suggest you try it for 7 days straight, then come back and share your observations!
