I love a cold shower, but I take it up a notch with a portable ice bath at home instead. There’s something about fully submerging your body in cold water that feels so much more intense and refreshing than a shower. I find it really wakes up every part of me and gets my mind and body totally switched on for the day ahead. The initial shock is brutal, but after a few seconds, it’s almost meditative. Plus, I feel like it gives me more energy and a stronger sense of accomplishment to start the day.

@Patrick Chyzynski Absolutely bro! Ice baths always leave me feeling energized and ready to take on whatever comes next, whether it’s work, the gym, or diving into research. 💪🏽 They’re also my go-to for mental relaxation. I’m constantly planning the next move, which makes it tough to fully switch off. But in an ice bath, I’m completely focused on the cold—it quiets my mind and lets me be fully present. I think they can definitely be used as a form of meditation also.
Get Comfortable Being Uncomfortable
Fellas, if there's one thing that will push you forward in life, it's embracing discomfort. Something I say to myself multiple times throughout the day “get comfortable being uncomfortable”. This applies to every area of our lives: in the gym, in business, in relationships, and in facing our own weaknesses. Growth doesn't happen when things are easy—it happens when we push through the hard stuff. In the gym, discomfort is lifting that extra weight or pushing through the last reps. In business, it's stepping into the unknown, taking risks, and being relentless when things don’t go as planned. At home, it’s showing up for our families even when we’re exhausted, and having the tough conversations instead of avoiding them. Getting comfortable with discomfort is how we sharpen our minds and build the grit to handle anything that comes our way. Remember, if it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you. Embrace the grind, grow through it, and let's all keep pushing each other to be better every day. Stay relentless.

Every Sunday afternoon I plan for the week, tasks I need to complete and deadlines I need to hit as well as meal prep. Meal prep for me has been a game changer as I save a number of hours each day where I don’t have to cook 👌🏽 Wake up at 4am everyday to stretch, plan my day and have time to myself before the day starts. Little be little we are progressing 💪🏽

@Marc Tartaglia I go to sleep between 9 and 10pm. I found that I can run off around 6.5-7hrs sleep and still keep the productivity throughout the day
Comparing yourself to others
Comparison is certainly the thief of joy, if you’re not letting it make you invigorated as fuck! Then it’s controlling you and big time affecting and playing at your mental health with false inadequacies. Use it for good or don’t compare at all…

I used to compare myself a lot.. now it’s me vs me. 1% better than the day before and I use others as inspiration not comparison 🙌🏽
