Daily Routine for Skool Owners
When I started my Skool I had no idea how I should be spending my time. What tasks should I do? Where should I focus? So many things to do, but not enough time in the day. It felt overwhelming. But after consuming a lot of Hormozi content I started to develop a daily routine that helped me grow my group to 12,300 members and do a launch that generated $120,000 in 10 days and a consistent $10,000/month in Skool affiliate revenue. // β†’ Part 1: The 3 Hour Rule ← Spend the first 3 work hours of your day on generating traffic. Your time is valuable. If you spend it on the wrong things, it doesn’t matter how hard you work. Block the first 3hrs of your day to the one thing guaranteed to grow your business: letting people know about your group. // β†’ Part 2: The 5-9 Rule (For those that have a 9 - 5 job)← If you have a 9-5 job, follow β€œThe 5-9 Rule" - Work 5am - 9am on getting traffic, before your job starts - Work 5pm - 9pm on getting traffic, after your job finishes // β†’ Part 3: The Rule of 100 ← If you don’t know how to increase traffic, follow β€œThe Rule of 100” 1. Ads: $100 per day 2. Outreach: 100 per day 3. Content: 100 mins creating per day 4. Engagement: 100 comments per day And only pick 1 traffic source. "7 figures is just one avatar, one product, one channel" - Hormozi // β†’ Part 4: Calls and Customers ← Priority 1: Group Management and Customer Success The best way to grow a business is by never losing a customer.Β If you add 100 new customers a month but lose 99 of them, it will take forever to grow.Β But if you grow by 10 customers a month, and keep all of them, you will grow 10x faster. That’s why you need to do Customer Success.Β This applies to a free group and a paid group. Think posts, courses, comments, calls Pro tip - if you treat free members like paying members they'll become paying members. Priority 2: Sales Calls The most powerful metric for business success is the number of Sales Calls booked.Β Open your calendar to Sales Calls outside of the first 3hrs.

@Yahya Kazi How do use/get the checkboxes on the calendar for 100 activities?
Congrats Chuck on Reaching Level 6!!
@Chuck Ellis you did it! Congrats on reaching level 6! Thank you for always being supportive and helping others in every community and especially with Skool related questions! We have been together at this "Online Business Thing" for a year since we met (and I know you did even more before) and it is awesome to have seen you rise to this level! What are your 6 favourite features or reasons why you love Skool so much?

Ability to Save Posts for Later Access
Hi y’all! I’ve been loving all the amazing content everyone is sharingβ€”there’s so much value here! But I’ve been finding that there are times when I don’t have the chance to dive into a post or link right away, and then later I can’t remember who posted it or where to find it. πŸ˜… I was wondering if anyone else would love a feature that allows us to save posts for easy access later? It would be super helpful to keep track of all the great resources shared in this community! Let me know what you think! 🀩 (also- if there is a way to do this and I just have no idea…**found this community last Friday so I’m still pretty fresh**..help a girl out) πŸ˜‚πŸ«ΆπŸΌ

@Jack Zenert you got my favourite gif right here! Any feature you would want in the chrome extension?

@Veronica Aguilar Are you thinking of scheduling post at a later time in your own community or in this community?
πŸ”₯ Saving Posts for Later! πŸ””
While it would be nice to have this feature natively in Skool, here is an awesome workaround! Just hit the notification bell (top right) to add them to your Watching list! When you’re ready to come back, simply filter the posts by "Watching" and boom, there’s everything you’ve saved! Big thanks to @Ivy Sagrado for sharing this awesome tip! πŸ™Œ Who wants that feature natively integrated in Skool?
