Hello, my name is Sebastian. I've created this group for a couple of different reasons, the main reason being that I want to learn more about money and how to manage it correctly. Finances aren't something taught in school so it's something we have to take into our own hands and learn about. That's why I am creating this group, I want to offer the knowledge and understanding I have of money, as well as learn from others their perspectives and give the same opportunities to share and grow. Another reason I created this group is because I want to help people get out of debt. Debt is an anchor that will very quickly sink you to the bottom of the financial ocean and drown you quickly if you don't understand it or know how to utilize it properly. I've struggled with debt for most of my adult life, I didn't understand it. Didn't realize how expensive it is to be in debt. And definitely didn't know the impact it can have on your quality of life if you're deep in it. To give you a little background on me, I've worked in financial industries for about two and a half years now. Mainly in debt settlement as a debt specialist. I've helped thousands of people to get out of and settle millions of dollars worth of debt. This is something I love to do. Now I want to make it clear, I'm not here to sell anyone one on debt settlement unless I truly believe it is the best course of action for them. At that point I'm happy to provide resources, but right now my main goal is to grow a community of people who are kind, patient, and want to help each other understand their money. What is it? How does it work? What's the best way to utilize it? How can I make more of it? What resources are there to make managing it easier? These and so many more questions! I want this to be a group that sources information and give advice and motivation to others. That being said now it's your turn! Introduce yourself and tell us a bit more about your background! What has your experience with money been like? Do you like it? Do you hate it? I'm super stoked to see people coming together to make each others lives easier and share knowledge and wisdom.
