Food is FUEL โ›ฝ
Athletes need to EAT and eat RIGHT. Add your favorite nutrient rich, pre-game fueling snacks, and other nutrition tips and tricks here. Your performance will improve as you fuel your body with good fuel!

Snippet from training today: Kyrie Irving said, "When I was in 4th grade, I went in my closet and said 'I am going to the NBA'". And he did. You need to be FUNDAMENTAL and consistent to reach your goals, however you also need some FEELING to really hit the tipping point. Your brain will do amazing things to help you out if you feed it amazing truth. "I am ____."
