Hi all, so here is the plan. This MSK Radiology School will get retired in 1 week or so. I have created a brand new skool, called "RADIOLOGY SCHOOL". This is not MSK only, this is for all radiologists of all specialities and this time it has a clearly defined purpose: - Purpose With this new skool project, I want to collect and curate all the best radiology resources (ideally free) available in the internet in an organized manner, best lectures, best cases, best articles, best homepages, everything. everything organized by subject if possible. Users can submit and share their own stuff and learn from all the other users that are sharing their own stuff too. exponential growth. Also it will be a great resource for residents and experienced radiologists alike. Skool's search function will allow you to quickly find stuff. - Subscription Here is the catch, it will not be free as this skool was as I only want active, engaged people in the new skool. Here most people signed up, but did nothing. Therefore the new skool has a little entry barrier, a small monthly subscription. To make sure, the right people join and stay and to cover the skool fee I have to pay. The first 20 people who sign up, will get an early-bird fee for live at $5/month. After the first 20 people, the price will go up to $9/month. - Moderators In addition, I offer free participation in exchange of a little time for people who want to help curate and organize the resources we will gather. So please let me know if you would like to be come a moderator in the new group, then I will invite you directly without the need for a subscription. You dont need to be an expert for this, just a little time every week to upload the stuff we gather. I want to start with 3-5 moderators, so please DM me if you want to join and be an active member in the new skool. If you would no longer be active, you lose your moderator status. It is not there to just get free access, I will expect some work guys :d

If we set apart the financial issue ( la douloureuse as we call it in France) , what are the reasons that deters you from from taking part in a long track course , training ……….. Although I think that theses courses are valuable , my main problem is commitment! What are yours ?

40ish sports man 80 km a week complain of exquisit pain at inf 1/3 of right tibia . There is hypersignal of the tibialis anterior muscle . Is this a sign of perisotitis or a compartment syndrom ?

Chris here I analysed this free skool. I decided to temporarily close it. The reason is a push of my self to simplify work and life and spend time where I have more impact. Making everything smoother and more efficient. This skool project did not really have a clearly defined purpose and this is also shown in the activity. There is bit of a confusion here about what to do and what not to do. In the last 30 days, 24% of members were active here. For comparison, in the Virtual fellowship skool, monthly activity ranges between 61- over 80%. It was a bit of an experiment in terms of organic outreach (in case you are interested). Didnt work. I will use many of the videos and push them on parteon and youtube. I think you will still be able to watch the content, but not posting new stuff. My focus will go more into new YouTube videos as I have more fun being creative there and also the Virtual MSK Fellowship, where I can help radiologists the most (see for yourself) I have some ideas for future use of this skool, but time does not permit it at the moment.
