Liver Cleanse!
Ok, I finally did it! I did the liver cleanse! Today is the day after, feel better than yesterday. All I can say is, holy sh*t I passed a lot of stones !! They came in all sizes shapes and colors too. I was fascinated with what came out (sorry if this is TMI for some). I will def do this again as I clearly have more left. So today, I am still drinking magnesium, going to keep the food light and see how the rest of the week goes. Thanks for everyone' s support, especially @Shea Lehnen and @Brenda Green . I also just got the liver cleanse book by Andreas Moritz. My spouse is now interested in doing this! He asked a good question about why he should do it since he doesn't have his gallbladder and I told him he probably has stones in his liver.

Great job everyone ! Im on day 6, so I’ll be seeing what comes out tomorrow ;) I have a general purge question regarding the different recipes. For a flush after oleation , can castor oil be replaced with olive oil? Could one simply do the olive oil and grapefruit juice recipe as per liver flush? Thanks in advance. And, I’ll add to this post tomorrow after I see what my body decides to let go of! 🙏

This was my 4th flush over a 1 1/2 year period. With the The last two, I’ve released fewer stones. I’d like to believe that I simply have fewer to release, but I also wonder if my body just wasn’t wanting to release. It’s not like I did the flushes within a short period of time. In any case, I suppose it doesn’t matter ! What I learned, again, this time, is that some oleation or fat fasting before the flush would be beneficial. This spring I will plan better for that to happen. Just hopping back on to check in if we know more about the olive oil subscription question, @Cate Stillman 🤗. @Amanda Forstbauer-Bourrie have you planned your first week? Xo
💦 Pee in the middle of the night 💦
It’s been awhile since I haven’t needed to get up in the middle of the night to go pee. I have experimented with stopping drinking water much earlier in the day, but my bladder still wakes me up. I also see water retention in the form of swelling in my upper cheeks. I understand it’s water element imbalance and am curious what I can try to balance it out?

Following this post ;) , interesting, thanks for posting. That’s great if you haven’t recently been needing to get up in the night to pee. I learned from @Cate Stillman that jumping on trampolines helps strengthen the bladder and helps reduce night urination. I tried this out and it did seem to help. I was getting up twice and now I rarely get up at all. I’m curious about other factors (along with hormones, and sodium imbalances) that lead to water retention.

Just an interesting thing to add to the discussion. I'm doing a liver cleanse this week. Yesterday I finished my early dinner at 4:30pm. I had a glass of sparkling water throughout the evening as well as sipping a little hot water during my two evening yoga classes. It was not an excessive amount of liquid, but holy cow, I was up at least 3 times to pee last night. ANd each time I peed a pretty significant amount. Has anyone experienced this during the liver cleanse?
Oleation
I would love details on using flax oil and tahini for the internal oleation process. I have the basic recipe, but my question is on the progression throughout the week. I’ve only used ghee. Clarification appreciated 🙏.

@Cate Stillman thanks. The above sounds like the quantity doesn’t change? 🙏I found your recipe and it looks like you can just replace the ghee with flax. ★ The amount of ghee/flax oil to take each day increases: Take 2 tsp. 4 days before cleanse, 4 tsp. 3 days before cleanse, 6 tsp. 2 days before cleanse, 8 tsp. day before cleanse
