Hey guys, My name is Josh, nice to e-meet you all! I found Max's channel a week ago and was pretty inspired. I live in Australia. Currently flip iPhones on the side, make around 3k aud (2k USD) a month on the side of my normal job. Its decent margins and sale velocity is great, but its getting a bit more saturated and I have a bit less time in order to scale it. I'm wanting something a bit bigger and more niche. I'd been thinking about bigger $ flips and less sales / leg work for a while, so appliances spoke to me. I also have a few things working for me. I own a van and a very large factory that has a lot of free space. My brother, who is in the factory next door also has a flat bed truck and forklift. So equipment and space wise, this is very solid for me. I have been scouring the market the last week, but one thing I notice... The sold listings for things like range tops and industrial cooking appliances don't seem to have the same velocity or sold comps like it does in the states. I might be looking incorrectly, but a lot of the sold listings for bigger kitchen equipment, even bigger names is either non-existent or at a fraction of the prices I see in the USA and UK. Would love to know if anyone from Aus is in here, just need a few pointers. Keen to get started! Josh
