Does my DR offer suck?
Hello everyone, back with an update on my first DR campaign for a jiu jitsu gym. I'm wondering when should I change my offer? I'm starting to question whether the offer is whack or not. Stats so far: Client list - 4693 Offers sent - 960 Opt Ins - 4 Conversions - 0 Side note - 80% of this list is emails only Offer: Hey Raymond, 👋 This is Ashley from (Clients Gym). 🎒 Back to school special! We have a few vouchers to get 10% off our 3-month programs. 🎉 Plus, we'll waive the initiation fee for the first 10 people this month! 💰 That's $221 in savings! I wanted to give you the first opportunity to snag one of these vouchers. Would you like one? Reply with a "YES" to save you one or "STOP" to opt-out. Let me know either way!🥋🥊🔥 - Ashley :) Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Thanks, (Clients Gym) I've used 3 different subject lines for email testing them out by 300 people each: - NAME, you there? - Act Fast, {{contact.first_name}}! 10% off Jiu Jitsu + No Intro Fee” - Special Offer Inside: 10% Off Jiu Jitsu for You, First Name I follow the protocol only sending Tuesday-Thursday from 10:30-11am. Do you think my offer sucks? We've had leads come in that we offered the back to school special that have boughten the 3 month pack.

This is all great advice thank you. I'm a little stuck because the client wanted to go with this offer. He explained in the past that the free week clientele werent the right fit with the club and were usually penny pinchers and caused the most issues. After some research i was thinking that I could do something like: - were giving away 20 passes for a free week of training + A free uniform if you buy 3 months in advance + no initiation fee or trying to twist in a way where the first 10 people get a free gi? I'm really stuck here because I just brought on another mma gym and 2 more jiu jitsu schools from my network are down to work together. I really want to knock it out the park for them

@Dioney Luna do you think a free week plus free uniform plus no initiation fee is strong enough? Im not sure how i could add a risk reversal either
What's up everyone!
I'll be servicing the martial arts/fitness industry. Specifically jiu jitsu and mma gyms. I also have one client that is a mobile detailer. I've used one other trial to check out ghl and get familiar with it to help with the mobile detailer. I'm still pretty new to this. I just started about a month ago. I heard about this community i believe from a youtube video about DR campaigns, which is what I'm currently about to run for one of my other clients. Glad to be here!

@Richard Graf That's awesome man. Do it! I've already gotten my second client which is an mma gym. I have a pretty good network of mma/bjj gyms in my city that makes it easier to offer my services to

@Richard Graf for my client?
DR vs Reputation Management?
I was wondering if you could run a review campaign alongside a DR? Would that be overkill for the list of current members if the current members are part of the DR campaign? I hope that makes sense.

@Paula McLean I'm thinking this is what ima do with one of my new clients
Train ChatGPT To Write Like You (In 4 Simple Steps)
I've seen this come up a couple of times, so I thought I would share. I know it's not specifically about GHL, but I hope you guys get some value from it. THE PROMPT: You are my professional copywriter. Your goal is to imitate my personal style and tone. I will provide you with examples of my writing that you will learn from. You will start this process by ONLY saying “TRAIN ME”. I will then provide examples of my writing. Each time I provide an example, you will analyze the structure, style, and tone of the example. After each, you will ONLY say “GIVE ME MORE!” in an infinite loop until I say "DONE". When I tell you “DONE”, your training will be complete. You will then ONLY respond by saying “Reporting for duty!”. You will NOT write anything yet. Then, I will provide a topic for you to write about, and you will write about that subject using my writing structure, style and tone. INSTRUCTIONS: Step 1: Paste the prompt above into ChatGPT Step 2: Paste 3-5 (or more!) examples of writing that you personally have written (not things you’ve had ChatGPT write for you!). Step 3: Once complete, Type DONE. Step 4: Tell ChatGPT what you want to it to write about.

This is fire thanks @Simon Page
First DR Question
I just finished setting up my first DR for my jiu jitsu academy. It's set to start tomorrow at 10:30-11am. I have about 4,600 contacts. One of my main concerns is that roughly 70% of the contacts only have emails, but no phone numbers. I had to add email to all of the workflows because I noticed they only included sms. Will this significantly impact my results?

@Simon Page I was thinking about this before it goes live tomorrow, my subject line right now is "FIRST NAME, you there?" Would you suggest replacing for one generated by chat gpt for the first 1-1.5k like you mentioned. Then split testing for the remaining 3k at a rate of 2-300?

@Simon Page Ah, I got you that makes sense. I'll make sure to report back on the results then so you can get some real world insight. Thanks again
