I've had four completely unsolicited sales pitches in the past couple of weeks. Anyone else having this experience? I'm trying to figure out what changed as 100% of my messages and content on this group was from people in the group. It hasn't become out of control yet, but if I wanted endless solicitations I've already got a LinkedIn account.

Hey all, How would I go about hiring a podcast setter? where to look, what to say in the job description, etc.. Any comment is greatly appreciated.

Wondering who here might be using AI, and how. Maybe for marketing? Maybe for your podcast? Maybe we can share some AI tips that can help your podcast, or your marketing? Would anyone here be interested in something like that? *(I'm talking about something free, shared freely right here in the community, just like I've done with my other posts...) I use it for quite a bit (then again I've always been a nerd at heart, so I like to keep up with what I can.)

Now that I've experienced having a production team do ALL the things so all I need to do is record, I'm never going back to doing it myself. Who do you recommend? Really need a full service company that has people who handle different aspects (vs hiring a virtual assistant). So for our games we run we have a cancellation policy just to avoid trolls or people being flaky but we recently have and a vote on a new no show policy, it's running on a 2 strike system where if you miss 2 meeting time without letting us know why on a 3rd missed meeting we send a $45 invoice as a inconvenience fee. Not something I really wanted to do but it's become a problem. My question is what do you guys feel about that? Is 3 strikes to much? We've also cut down our waiting times from waiting the. Whole meeting to a 15 window for no shows.
