Black Friday to New Years Challenge!
Buckle up sisters! @Coach O It is Hwagol brand (I am on a student budget, haha) but it tracks steps, heart rate, makes calls, has stopwatch, etc. plus, you can put in specific exercise type to track that. Have had it for a week and despite the price it works well for me!

Welcome to the Strong Sisters Community, girls! My name is Oriana, many people also call me Coach O (people seem to confuse it with Ariana…I get it). I am currently based in Tuscaloosa, AL and originally from Ann Arbor, MI. I am a personal trainer and coach and have been working with clients and groups for over 4 years now at my in person company called Coach O Athletics. I started training clients at a rec field, then to a 1 car garage gym, currently we are in a 2 car pink garage gym, with plans for bigger and more fun spaces in the future! For fun, I play tennis with my fiance, take care of my puppy Banjo (I’m sure you’ll see lots of him here), and watch Only Murders in the Building on Hulu! Working out, programming solid routines, and staying consistent and accountable were things I had to figure out on my own through my college years and into the real world. It was hard. This space is something I wish I had back then and am really excited to be here with you today. Go ahead and introduce yourself as a comment to this post. Who are you? Where are you from? Hi! My name is Jessica and I am from NSW, Australia. I have been a Highland dancer from the age of 6 and have now just started teaching, at 19. I love working out and am excited to find this group! Swimming, running, dancing (highland, line and ballroom) and surfing are my passions (I love the beach). Favourite book, Ivanhoe, favourite movie series Mission: Impossible, favourite colours, pink and purple! I love my Plymouth Rock chickens and Nigerian dwarf goats and my favourite foods are chocolate, raspberries, strawberries, smoked salmon and fish and chips or homemade burgers cooked by my dad and brother.
