@Frank Kern ok. That sounds like a good strategy. Chicago has decent events so I thought I'd give it a go and hopefully do well at it. Thank you for the advice.
New to the 2024 marketing game but old to the concepts.
I was happy to receive an invitation to this platform. I'm just starting out and have already learned a lot of valuable information. I'm excited to read posts from experts and soon to be experts and learn from the best.

@Virrindra S thank you:)
Regret-less
After watching the lastest YouTube video Frank Kern posted, I started to feel regrets for not making videos years ago. My idea of perfection prevented me from starting. I also see how hateful people can get in the comments. That was another reason. When I visited my daughter yesterday, I found myself encouraging her to start her own business. I shared all the information I gained over the years with her and we laughed about some of the weird stuff I made her do when I was younger and more ambitious. Like setting up a table in front of Walmart giving away free Avon samples in exchange for email addresses. And parking my minivan in abandoned lots and flagging people off the street to check out my Avon samples and getting their email address. There was so many weird things I did back then for a goofy Avon business. Anyways, that conversation inspired me to regret less and take action for my own desires. My check list is getting in the way of me taking action. I told myself one I achieved my first college degree I would blaze my trail like a champ. Now I'm on my second degree with no real evidence of success. Regret-less and move mountains. Side note. Some of my old videos are still on YouTube from 2006. I still love natural holistic living so that's my super power. And jabber. :)

@LuAnn Beckman definitely!
I made my first YouTube video
I decided that I would just make a video. I felt awkward. I haven't made a video since 2019 and I feel like I was a totally different person back then. I put it on YouTube and now I have to just make more. Practice makes less awareness. Lol.

@Manuel Zeh I agree. I have an instinct to it but I'm forcing myself to keep making more. I hope you continue on too. I found a few free training videos on the algorithm. If they work, I'll share them with you.

@Natalie Z that's the only way. :) just keep doing it.
Website and SEO
In December of last year I started using fitness products. I'm obsessed with amino acids. I was approved for one affiliate program but didn't do anything with it. Now I'm doing something with it. I'm using WordPress as the host because if I run low on cash then I still own all my content and it'll just default back to the free version. The only drawback is if I'm not upgraded I don't have control of the SEO or robot.tx . And it takes forever for Google to accept it and start indexing it. And I won't have access to the sitemap so I have to get the free one and keep updating it. It's still better than losing everything if I run out of money like with wix or something. I'm not overthinking the design even though there is a formula to it. -The home page should have 700 optimized words minimum Same with the about page and so on. - According to bard, making $1,000 the first month is super ambitious. It does sound ambitious especially organically because I I have zero followers and no influence and limited funds to run ads. What I do have is the self training which spans over 20 years. Like a cicada, I'm coming out of the ground and going to make a shit ton of noise. Even though I don't desire a lot of stuff, I definitely desire the freedom of working from home. That is my whole "why." So I can visit my kids on their time schedule because they are in their provider era and I miss them. The website is almost done. It's not going to be amazing out of the gate but I'm ready to get started. With the new AI , the concept of written content is still the same, it just has to be adjusted to things like bard a copilot. In 90 days I'll bring in more in a month than I ever did with my paycheck. Just in time for holiday. Which I usually have to work. Less thinking more doing. Plus I freaking love working out and that's another big yes to working from home. And I'm totally into healthy cooking and stuff like that. It's going to be a very natural progression. Nobody will be surprised that I picked this as my go at it.
