Lead Generation Tips
Quick tip for anyone struggling with lead generation: I found an easy solution after some trial and error. Hereโ€™s the breakdown: 1. Begin by opening up a free Apollo plan and instantly, search for your ICP on apollo using all the necessary filtering. 2. Sign up for Apify and get the starter plan, get the apollo scraper and input the search url on there to scrape all the leads you've searched up. 3. Then take all those leads and put them into mails.so, you want to only take the emails that are seen as "deliverable". 4. Wrap it up by prompting Claude/Chatgpt to create you a personalized icebreaker using all the information you scraped. Take that and input into a instantly campaign. 5. If you want to, you can use make.com to help you have this process happen automatically, I included some screenshots of what your scenario should look like for that to happen. I also included a screenshot of what the icebreakers look like. Hope this saves you some time and gets you more clients! Let me know if anything needs more explanation ๐Ÿ™Œ

How to generate instant proposals while you're on a sales call
Hi allโ€”I've been struggling with generating proposals while on the sales call so thaat everything is quick and smooth and I know a lot of people here have been too. I spent some time working through it last week, and hereโ€™s a simple way I solved it for less than $50/m: 1. Sign up to typeform, pandadoc and make.com. 2. Create a form where you can fill in all the details you need for your proposals such as the cost etc. After that you'll need to create a proposal template in pandadoc. 3. The last step is to go onto make.com and all you'll need to do is connect the typform to pandado and pandadoc to your email so that it automatically sends out the proposal to the client on the email immediately after you've filled out the details in your typeform! If anything is unclear, let me know. Hope this helps you ๐Ÿ™

I have tried Surfer SEO and found it great
Example of an "Irresistible Offer" (photo attached)
I nerd out over great offers. May sound silly, but when I see a really good offer, I get all giddy like a school girl. Because they are SO hard to find. Out of 1,000 "offers" I see i would say maybe 2% are what I consider to be great. Even fewer are "irresistible". This is an example of a really good offer. If I was selling my house, I would probably contact this guy. Even though I have NO idea who he is. Reputation? Zero. I haven't looked at his website, any content he's posted, reviews of him... I probably would do a little background info before reaching out... But if he passed the "scammer" test I'd ring him up. (See the flyer attached to this post) I want to stretch your marketing brain a little bit... Comment below with the reasons you think this is a good offer? If we get, 10 comments I'll fire up Loom and explain why this offer is so good, what I would do to make it better, and how you can apply this to your SaaS.

This is interesting. I have a client in South Africa that we run ads for who purchases homes below market value for cash. I would't call him a typical "bottom feeder"; he is actually providing a vital option for some sellers in distress or needing to sell quickly, in downmarket areas. Although very profitable it involves a lot of risk; especially in South Africa; I don't know about the US in this particular niche at all. What I like about this offer is the "as is" in the offer. Cleaning isn't a big issue in SA as labour is cheap, but emphasising "as -is" we will definitely add to our ads and landing page. This is the landing page we are using for the client: https://cashforyourhouse.co.za It is working extremely well and the campaign was positive from the first week.
