Healthy Breakfasts - Tallinn MV Supercoach Summit 2024
Just back from a weekend trip I attended for the SuperCoach Summit. This was my regular breakfast at the hotel and I loved it! Never really had salads, veggies or smoked salmon for breakfast (except small quantity of veggies sprinkled in omelettes). Additional, a bowl of oatmeal and a cup of coffee. It helped keep my energy levels up with all the walking I did there.

@Najib Khan I hardly have fruits. My go to are usually blueberries, kiwi, avocadoes, and more rarely strawberries, mangoes, dates, bananas. I do put some dried cranberries and dried figs with my salads at times.

Hello! 👋 I'm Jaber Howlader, joining from Toronto, Canada. early 40s, married and 2 kids - preteens. Food freedom story - hmm... here goes: Originally of Bangladeshi descent, and growing up the food choices included - lots of white rice, and super-sugary desserts that are common amongst my parents' generation. Right now we have an odd situation at home, kids are not interested in much of the traditional foods but gravitate towards burgers, french fries, and repel vegetables/salads, and also are very sensitive to spices. My wife is the main one managing and planning our main meals but it is a challenge to meet all the needs when you don't have things that are common. I've started getting more conscious about this whole thing since my early adulthood when I had developed a lot of joint and muscle aches. This got me to explore fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, got on some medications, and ultimately noticed lifestyle and food choices had tremendous impact, and this was a journey of self-discovery as traditional medical system seemed to have failed me. The way I was going with the aches and pain, I felt I'd be handicapped in 10-20 years. Over the past 6-7 years I got into personal development, and consider myself a biohacking enthusiast - as I got on a journey to minimize inflammation in the body. Now in 40s, I'm generally healthy, low body fat, controlled aches and pains - although not fully eradicated but manageable. I can sense how sugary desserts can cause a dip and trigger more pain the next day. I have infused more movement and exercise throughout the day, I get red light therapy and sauna every week, and have key supplements as part of my protocol to support my health, and have bulletproof coffee most days. Also have time-restricted eating/intermittent fasting that I get into now and then, and exploring more ways to consume high-quality nutritious food (I prepare my own 'Super Veggie' meals as Brian Johnson shared on YT video - and have it at least twice a week).
