Embed HTML in courses?
I'm a language teacher, and I'd love to be able to integrate HTML-based exercises in my courses. The community features in Skool are great, as well as the calendar view for upcoming meetings (live classes in my case), but the course creation is very limited compared to other alternatives like LearnWorlds or Thinkific. It would be nice to be able to integrate HTML directly into the course modules. Personally I use H5P for interactive, self-correcting exercises, but this could be used for all sorts of other widgets. Would be great to see this feature in the pipeline! 🙂

@Brandon Dernoga yeah. It's also a huge issue for me

@Golo Röhrken another good example of what HTML embeds could be used for
Drip status for folders (not just pages)
In my courses, each folder has several pages. Currently you can only add drip status to individual pages. This means if I want to drip an entire folder "x" days after someone joins, I have to change the drip status in each individual page. It would be much faster to have the ability to give entire folders a drip status. Would be nice to see this implemented.

HTML Code to integrate a quizz :)
As part of our learning process (professional upskilling) we integrate an assessment. We can paste the link of the quizz under the video but this takes the user out of skool. An HTML code space let us build a seamlessly integrated learning experience and have the quizz displayed under the video while being able on our side to access the analytics on group level quizz results. In our case we use assessment/practice questions but this could be any type of quizz / poll HTML code also let any type of Skool users paste what they want to integrate (ex: videos hosted on non supported video hosts by skool like searchie.io) etc etc

@Dennis Kassel No way yet. This would be a game changer for Skool. Also wrote this in feature requests

This is a great idea. Would be a game-changer for Skool tbh. Not just for quizzes, but for all sorts of widgets. In my case I'm particularly interested in H5P-based exercises. Wrote a post about this myself in feature requests
Html widged to embed on Website
This is probably not a priority, but something I would like to see in the future. The ability to embed a live html widget on my website that acts as button to join and shows stats on members / online / admins. What do you think? (This is my first post here, and it feels awesome to contribute) ❤️‍🔥

@Sam Ovens being able to embed HTML in general (specially in the courses) would be an amazing feature. Game changer for me, tbh. Nowadays I have to send my students to another website to do exercises, with the ability to embed HTML I could do that directly on the course page on Skool itself
Native video hosting in Skool
Are there any firm plans to allow Skool communities to upload video files (and ideally other media files like audio) directly onto Skool's servers? Rather than using third party such as Wistia, Loom etc. For instance, for uses in courses, lecture recordings. This would be a great way to prevent external sharing of content as only members of the given Skool community have access to the embedded files. This also gives a privacy benefit as some resources can involve members sharing sensitive personal improvement experiences which I'm sure they wouldn't want leaked outside of their supportive community. Plus it would make it so much easier to manage; all Skool resources in the Skool not hosted on an array of third party platforms. The communities I represent will happily pay extra for such services. I genuinely think this would be a greatly received release for a ton of Skools.

Super necessary. Otherwise the students can freely share the video content in the courses. I need my videos to be accessible to community members only
