this is interesting, i was not aware that tendinosis can develop so quickly, images 8 months apart

@Christoph Agten I was about to say that the lower layers, being more dense, take longer to settle. But that's the opposite of what we're seeing here, it's the fat/fluid interface that is skewed. So I don't know. Maybe someone poked his knee during the exam. 👉
