Branding Videos vs. Direct Response Videos - WHICH ONE?
When creating video, 75% of your budget should be invested in direct response videos. Most of us do NOT have the time and resources to create branding videos. General Motors, Apple and American Airlines TV commercials are all branding videos. Alex Hormozi presumably spends $3M in content creation (mainly team salaries) to put out 50 pieces of content per day = branding. Direct response videos are the exact opposite. Create video so people take some sort of action now. Which could mean purchase or opt-in or click link to (desired action). I want people here to spend their resources on direct response videos and if you have the time, create 1-2 "viral videos" per week to test the waters (branding play with lots of merit but hard to achieve). Check out this short presentation on "BRANDING vs. DIRECT RESPONSE VIDEOS." https://www.canva.com/design/DAGCmVycMEE/RWFP3K4YTlv76VXeHhiaZA/edit?utm_content=DAGCmVycMEE&utm_campaign=designshare&utm_medium=link2&utm_source=sharebutton

Thank you for this info! @Jaime Paredes
Welcome Post
I absolutely love the process of creating video. More importantly, videos that will help coaches and businesses make money. Most people immediately think "ads or promotional videos." Yes but there are all type of videos depending where the person is in your customer journey. Are you familiar with the funnel analogy: TOP, MIDDLE and BOTTOM of funnel? All require a different type of video. I want to help you create better video that will convert window shoppers into leads. Leads into interested prospects. Prospects into Strategy calls and ultimately, paying clients. That's the goal of this group. Please introduce yourself. What is your business? Where are you from? What is your biggest challenge or obstacle at this very moment when it comes to video in the customer journey?

Hi! I'm Faithe from Houston, TX and have a yoga & meditation business that I want to grow online! Everything is my biggest challenge or obstacle at this very moment when it comes to creating videos!
Do you use CapCut on computer?
CapCut is actually quite great to use however it’s the only program I have used. How would you compare it to other programs?

I've heard capcut was the easiest to use as well but still difficult for me! 🤣
Top-of-Funnel -- Lead Gen -- Video Ads or Viral Videos
Investing in ads is the fastest way to scale. Great decision. The goal should always be to "Stop the Scroll" with your video ad. Here are the preliminary 3-steps that I use with my 7 & 8 Figure clients: 1) What "assets" do you have? Props, kids, pets, costumes I will get into how you would use these but for now, pick one per video you are going to shoot. 2) From a scale of 1 - 10 with 1 being super conservative and 10 being "up for anything" what would you rank yourself. 3) Come up with 10 hooks per video you are going to shoot. I will show you where and how to research but understand these are the key to success Every time we get on a call, I will ask you these questions. You are paying to get in front of people and initiate action so let's make sure you have the best chance of success. See some examples below. With respect to Viral Videos.... The goal should always be to create the best, most engaging content possible when posting reels to TikTok, Instagram or YouTube Shorts. This will require more effort however the results over time will be 10x - 100x more valuable. Here are the steps that we follow when working with clients: 1) What type of video do you want to create: Selfie Style (*recommend*) Staged Street Interview Fake Podcast (*recommend*) Acting w/ Scenes 2) Research 3- 5 content creators in your niche preferably on TikTok or Instagram. Copy / paste their top 5 most viral videos and keep in excel or google drive for reference. 3) Transcribe their videos yourself or hiring a VA or the following software -- TBD. 4) Do NOT try to recreate the wheel. Use their script with slight modifications and record. This is work but can also be the most rewarding when you see 10K, 50K, 100k 500k, 1M views. I will get into more details in further posts.

Sounds so simple but brilliant!
Professional Video Editing - DFY (done-for-you)
Can you edit the videos by yourself? Yes! Is this the best use of your time, absolutely not! Options: 1) Fiverr or Upwork. Cheap and inconsistent results! You most likely have no idea how to instruct them with the kind of output you want (transitions, sound effects, visuals, etc.). The person delivers in 3 - 7 days for a simple :30 second reel PLUS the headache of back-and-forth revisions 🤬 2) Hire a part or full time video editor. You probably don't have enough work to keep them busy and you will need to do some initial training (do you know how to instruct them?) and provide feedback on every video (do you have the time for this?) 3) Hire my team of professionally trained editors. I like to say that we deliver Mr. Beast style video edits, at Fiverr prices. We're very different than other editing companies. You buy hours of time so there are no surprises and the output is exactly what you want. Most short form reels are between :30 seconds and 1-minute. VSL's are 3 to 5 minutes. You can buy 5 hours, 10 hours , 20, 30 or 50 hours of time. Unlike other video editing companies that make you invest month-to-month, there's no rush. It might take you 1-week to use up all the hours, 1-month, 3-months or longer to use up all your time and that's ok. Our quality and speed to delivery is better and you only pay for the amount of hours used (per project). Send me a DM and I will provide you the pricing options. By the way, after the first video, you don't love our work, we will not charge you and give you 100% of your money back. That's our 100% satisfaction guarantee!!
