23 Days After Launch Of Free | Full Transparency 🔍
It's been a very busy 23 days.. in the best way possible! I want to share with you the details to either encourage or help you.. or avoid what I didn't do right. Yes, I could have done a few things better. This isn't a short post. Grab a snack and drink. Limitations: - No ads campaigns. - No active social media accounts. - No previous network off Skool was brought with me. - No camera. I do this faceless besides this one profile photo. (Yes, it is me.) - No babysitter. I am a single stay at home mom to a 3 year old boy. (Adoption, so it's just me.) 🔍 Full Transparency: I have been in the business and entrepreneurial world for almost 2 decades, so what I do have is experience that I brought with me. About a decade for online communities. However, I share the above, because starting from scratch can be tough and daunting at certain points. Face the fear and do it anyway. There are so many supportive people in this community that are willing to help, and there are so many very valuable communities that are free too. Knowledge + Action = Results. Good or bad results, they are still there for you to make adjustments and move forward. Okay enough of that so I don't sound like a thought leader. Results: - 151 members - Ton of Auto DM responses - 444 comments on the Welcome Post (Sorry Sam I know 444 is not lucky) - $51 in sales for my low ticket classroom ($3 low ticket/high value) - 30 Clarity Calls Completed - 16 Clarity Call Reviews Via Post or Comment - All Great Reviews Pinned To Booking Area - 10 Clarity Calls Booked To Do - 34 people have been added via the Invitation Competition (@Artin Asghari in the lead & @Ethan Brits close behind him) - 26.76% Conversion rate - 50% are still Level 1s - #138 rank in the Business Category for Discovery - Activity metrics are green some more than others. Today there are 252 activities already. - 7 Churned members. - Personal "Ahhhh" fan moment. When @Calvin Hollywood shouted out my community in Skool Games.. yeahhh you know the theme. I did tell my mom & some Skool besties. LOL

Does anyone else check Skool URLs?
It is pretty mind-blowing that some Skool URLs have not been taken. For example: Skool.com/Facebook for a facebook themed skool. Skool.com/Piano for a piano themed Skool. Skool.com/Pizza for a pizza Skool! We are so early to this platform and the SEO opportunities are huge right now. Did you snag a unique URL for your community? Are you collecting Skool names like infinity stones?

How To Qualify Clients Before The Sales Call 📞
If you are any kind of coach/consultant you'll come across a problem when trying to close clients. Either they: - Aren't serious - Don't show up - Don't know that it's paid - Don't know what the offer is - but they want to talk to you because you're strikingly handsome. I struggle with this myself and i've been working towards a solution that i will share here. To eliminate or at least mitigate this issue, try using forms for your prospects to fill out an "intake form" before being able to book a call with you. An "intake form" is just a fancy way of saying qualifying questionnaire. It will have qualifying questions and everything you need to DM them, qualify them further, and have the information you need before you get on a call with them. You will need 2 things: a calendar (with form functionality) AND a form software that will come before the calendar when you are speaking to prospects. - Calendly (free + paid) - You will absolutely need a Calendly account. You will have to upgrade to add more questions and have more flexibility. You will need this whether you have a separate intake form or not. - JotForm (free) - You can create your intake form here for free and get email notifications for new leads. (Downside: I don't like the design of the forms). - TypeForm (free + paid) - A great-looking form with a lot of customizability and automation features. - Recommended for beginners: Google Forms (free) - A classic solution that can pair with Google Sheets to capture your lead information. If you chose to use Google Forms, here are some of the questions you would include. In the description section of your form, you can add something as simple as: “I need to learn more about your unique situation before I know I can help you with [your niche]. If I can help you, I will reach out to you with a few more questions.” Here are some options for qualifying questions you can add to your form: - First name, email, phone number, and social media handle (all separate questions, the basics)
