small subscap tear? not sure either
Knee MRI case
Hello It is an MRI acquisition that I had at the service but I can’t find the indication. I would like to know if there is a longitudinal tear of the posterior horn of the lateral meniscus and a partial rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament.

Hard to say only on pics but dont feel there is lateral meniscus tear (but i do see one in the medial one). The lateral does show discoid configuration. Dont think there is ACL tear (at least acute) based on the fact i see no typical associated BME nor anterior tibial translation but i would not say much (again only on pics, try to upload it con cMRAD) regarding the possibility of old tears
Elbow MRI

Not necessarily osteoscleroti (they usually have fat inside) but the morphology is not quite long enough. Still think its the best option but i would not dismiss disuse osteopenia as another possibility
