The frustrating thing about looking for technicians is that in our area the people who have worked at the mines as mechanics really are not allowed to do much...but they think they are the real deal. There are so many who want either top dollar or an apprenticeship. I currently have 4 guys under 25 years and 3 are very fresh. I can't take on another fresh guy to my small team. I need someone who can contribute with experience. We found our last tech through an Indeed/Facebook ad that Tech Find placed for us.
