Drafts, autosave, or warning message PLEASE!
Please please please make it difficult for unposted drafts to be erased. I wrote a great post on the app that I was really proud of the other day, but I got distracted with another app and didn't hit post. Of course I lost the entire thing 🤦🏻‍♂️ I don't make a habit of doing things like this, but I think it's a little crazy that the app will just refresh and you lose everything. I've even accidentally swiped left on my Mac and lost posts too, so I quickly took that feature off. But I'd like to see a warning like on Facebook that says "Are you sure?" before you get out of a post. But, like literally everyone here has been begging since day 1, being able to save drafts would be ideal. It's almost 2025, after all. PLEASE 😂

@William Schueddig I mean...yes. But ideally we wouldn't need to do that haha. From now on, that's probably the move though!
Ideas for getting dead members back
This seems to be a bigger problem in free communities, but we all have dead members we want to reengage. In my personal opinion, getting dead members to engage is virtually impossible. I would view them more as lost and if they come back then so be it. One strategy you could try is to send them an email sequence to say you want them back or you will boot them. Then if you don't get a reply boot them out and send them a goodbye email and offer something to come back. With one group we got involved with they had about 50 members not active for almost 120 days. We found that by getting more and more posts up, that literally used GIFs people started to move out of the shadows! I quite literally hate free groups 😂 Everyone who pays in our other paid communities is usually quite active, but that's because they have committed dollars to it! A low buy-in price typically means low/no buy-in within the community over the long run (there is no solid evidence here, but early signs are not great, IMO). Would love to hear what everyone else is doing to bring back the dead

It's hard enough getting them into a free group though...I don't know how I can sell a $7 group other than if I just treat it like a Patreon. What do you think?

@Dave Heraud haha next platform!
Scams on Skool
Welp, the scammers have made it to Skool! Anyone else noticed them? More importantly, what's currently being done about them so this platform doesn't turn into Instagram and become overrun with bots? 😅

Notifications
I've set my notifications to "Never" for my groups, but I still get a ton of notifications. Is there a top-level notifications section that I'm missing?

That's weird, all my notifications are turned off and I don't get notified of anything. For each community, you need to choose Never, never, don't notify me, no and no. That should do the trick!
Trouble Getting Members
Hey guys! I'm having a really hard time getting my Instagram and TikTok followers to come to Skool and join my community. I have a combined following of about 500K, so you'd think it would be fairly easy, but it hasn't been... I have 27 members after 2 weeks of mentioning it in a few lives, stories, emails (4000 subs) and captions, but it's been largely unproductive. I think people are getting tired of jumping from platform to platform, and the promise of yet ANOTHER free course or community isn't as appealing as it used to be. Yes, I have a free course, and yes I have lead magnets. I don't know what else I can do to be honest... I've noticed a lot of communities here are owned by people with a small following everywhere else, so what did you guys do to get members? I'm open to ideas, but please...for the love of God, do not tell me "provide value". That's fcking obvious 🤣 I'm looking for specific, actionable improvements I can make to get followers off IG and TikTok and on Skool 🙏 Should also add that I'm not open to paid traffic, I'm looking for organic only. Thanks in advance!
