Manifesting Meditation
It made me cry. Never cried in meditation before. Not much of a crier at all. Must be on the right track. The advice from future Mandie was “try harder” which was disappointing at first because I thought I have been trying pretty hard. Let’s keep going!

Coloring meditation 🐙
There are so many different occasions to meditate. Like walking meditations or eating meditations. Coloring for me is another occasion I find to focus and be in the present moment. (I am not an artist I can not draw for shit) wip red octopus 🐙 Happy Sunday

Day 3
Be a fucking tree, not an asshole! So I tried meditating laying down today and that was comfortable and it felt like my body was able to relax more and release some f*cks. I’ve notified a difference between meditating sitting vs laying down. Laying down allows me fully transcend into the meditation, will continue to see what’s better for me. Also, will need to close the door properly after feeding the cats because the one cat jumped on my stomach and sat there for half of it!😹i didn’t know cats liked trees! Haha

I have an easier time being still when I lay down but it’s easier for me to fall asleep, too!

I loved the intro to remind me I didn’t need to be doing anything else! That’s my biggest hurdle so far.
