Maybe letting go isn’t it!!!
I hear a lot in healing/spiritual lingo about letting go of things….traumas, guilt, regret ect. Whilst in reflection I feel like this concept and approach to some things is super important for sure, but another perception is important and helpful too! Maybe it’s just as crucial to extract the lesson, sit deeply and honestly with yourself and ask the hard questions, really mine any pieces of gold you can find. WHAT IS THE LESSON I LEARNT?? When you feel into this the energy shifts and changes inside you!! You remain whole and own all parts of yourself and your experiences or mistakes. Try it out sometimes instead of trying so hard to let everything go, practice harmonising and evolving the energy around something and the way you carry it. Some of our strongest weapons were forged in the hottest fires and we can learn to reflect and feel gratitude 🙏 not everything needs to be released maybe just evolved.

You are responsible….own it!
Self responsibility in all areas of life is KING to taking steps in the right direction to improve your life, your self respect and self worth. Taking responsibility of your health, emotions, responses to situations, triggers, healing of your past traumas ect is all part of the growth process. What areas of self development are you keen to improve on or discuss ???
