You want content that converts?
You want content that converts? Ask yourself these two questions. 1. Does your ideal person know/want/need what you're selling? This is the foundation of your messaging. If your product or service doesn't align with their needs, no amount of marketing will convince them. That’s why its important to really know your audience and understand the customer journey so you tailor content according to the phase they’re in. 2. Does your ideal person feel like you're the right fit? Are you the person they want to work with? Because let’s be honest, even if they find you, they could still have concerns and questions. People buy from people. Specifically in service-based businesses. Your messaging should reflect your personality, values, and expertise. The key to effective messaging is understanding your ideal customer. This isn't just about demographics (age, location, position, etc.) it's about their needs, desires, and pain points.

@Rola Zoubian Hi Rola, good question! 💭 The one you mentioned is obviously very effective and reliable, but apart from that, you can: 1) Check comment sections under related topics to see what people are saying/thinking/asking. 2) Be as clear and specific as you can about who your ideal client is. For example you sell a time management course and your ideal client is a teacher, what are things she does on a daily basis? Things she thinks of on a daily basis? Make a list of these things and TEST them in your messaging, and see what messages the audience is resonating with. 3) You can use specific prompts using ChatGPT or Gemini to outline several points (as if you are in that audience’s mind). You can find these in the ChatGPT bonus section of the Writing Kit Class. 4) Dig deeper into the benefits of the product or service. For each benefit ask: Why does this matter? For example a time managemet tool does not only help you track your schedule, but helps you achieve more goals with ease and gives you mental space. A content calendar with 30 ideas doesn’t just give you ideas, but confidence and time back.. and so on. Many of the benefits and features of the product can be used in a way to speak to desires + reduce objections. I hope this helps 🤗

When I referred to the launch phase in the content planning class, I was referring to personal brands who have already established themselves and are launching a product, a course, a digital product etc. Ideally that class is for people who already have a strategy and just need a simple method to help them continue planning their content. But if that’s not the case, and if someone is just starting out, then in that case focus on awareness mainly. ☺️
The triple-c rule of content creation
Have you heard of the triple-C rule of creating content? Basically, your content should: Catch - Connect - Convert. So here are 3 ideas for you to use this week: Share a tip to improve your audience's situation in just 5 minutes a day. Share a relatable pain point or desire to ensure your audience you know exactly what they need. Share one main desire and preview how your offer helps in achieving it. PS: Have you checked out the Free Content Planning class yet? I walk you through a step-by-step process to plan your content in a simple and efficient way so you can move this task from your to-do list into your done list! 🤩 Find it in the classroom section. Happy creating.
