Welcome brother! πŸ˜‰
Introduction
Hello everyone, my name is Dimitar Valchev, owner of Solar Clean Bulgaria. I come from the window cleaning business, we've been cleaning solar panels for over three years now. I'm sure there's still a lot to learn about the business and I'm grateful to Kim for all he does. I am honored to be a part of this big family

Welcome to the Pro Family here Jonathan! Excited to have you with us on Skool too πŸ˜‰
7 separate houses in a row completed today, take a look at the results! ✨
As the title suggests we had 7 houses in a row with the same solar setup. We carried out a solar clean and full gutter clear (all gutters) with our SkyVac on every property. Started at 8 in the morning finished at 15:30 no breaks or stopping just getting it done. Results achieved using Chemiteks LRA and solar safe scraper blades. Take a look!

Awesome!
Customer PaymentsπŸ’Έ
Hi Guys - I have most parts of my business sorted out, but customer payments = cashflow. I do have a 60% deposit clause, but sad to say I just about never enforce it. Should I be stricter, wat is the industry norm? I have found the last 6months that customers are also slow to pay their bills, not an issue of not paying, but if you have 2 to 3 weeks worth of work done, no deposits have been paid, and everyone is only paying after 20 to 30days it does put strain on cashflow. Your opinions and advice please πŸ™

I need to have a 30% or 50% deposit before i even schedule the work, after that the remaining 70% or 50% needs to be payed within 7 days. BUT: officially it's 30 days (by law) overhere. So i can't do anything before those 30 days...
