The bank of England base rate only really effects Tracker rates. 4-5 lender have still reduced rates in the last 2 days because swaps are still reducing.

Northumberland County Council
It was good to see the lovely team from the Council last night. They hosted a landlord forum which included representatives from NRLA and NEL as well as a comprehensive update on the mortgage and finance world and an update about the landlord accreditation scheme with the council. The council want to engage with a wider audience of Northumberland landlords, so please check out their website or contact the PRS Team directly.

It was a really good meeting. Lots of questions afterwards and i get the feel that Northumberland County Council really do want to help both landlords and tenants.
