Lower back pain due to improper Deadlift technique
I have some issues with the left side of my lumbar area. I believe it is only a muscle pull. I have only local pain in the left side but pretty much I cannot train. Do you have some pointers to deal with this and recover soon?

Go see a physiotherapist for examination and the right rehab options 🤓 But until then, movement/cirkulation in that area without any load is important. No lifts or weird things, but do any workout that gets your blood cirkulation going without experiencing any pain

How to Fight a wrestler?
Hi my name is Valentino Kovac Amateur MMA Fighter. My question is what is the best and smartest way to Fight a wrestler? And ofc some good get ups if get takendown

Hi, I would say managing distance and a really good takedown defence is top priority. Not to let a wrestler get to those perfect entries. Then a good weapon coming from "underneath" always gets a wrestler to hesitate taking the shot. Weapons such as a front kick, knee och uppercut. Also to be first if taken down, not to let a wrestler get comfortable on top in a control position. Get back up immediately, no shoulders to the mat etc.
