Snacks?
I know Nagina talked about 1 serving of a fat at a snack, but is there any other snack information? I currently have 2 snacks. In the afternoon a protein bar (IQ or Simply Protein) from Costco, but these would be considered a processed food and probably not good for me. After dinner I have air popped popcorn with fresh pressed olive oil and nutritional yeast on top. Anyone else having snacks?

Nagina said that protein bars have hidden sugar so you should stop it protein bars. Maybe have a handful of nuts. Be careful not to eat too many. Hope this helps!

@Sheryl Dresser You have to find something else that is easy! Nuts are a very easy snack, but you need to be sure that you only have one serving. You can't just sit there and eat the whole bag.
