Nurturing
@Haplin Milgrom-Hills you and robb have mentioned that you did the lead nurturing manual a few years back, and have alot of nurturing under your belt. What would you say is the most important aspect of turning the warm «opt in» leads into sales? Being human or speed of response etc.? And how hard do you fight for those that opt in after first message, but turns more cold after a little back and forth messaging.?

Update on SMS outreach and event style CTA.
So I have been running cold sms outreach for a week now. All I ask them to do is to respond with a first name and email so I can send them the invite to this event. Originally I was getting about 5.5% opt-in rate but as expected it looks like we are having a regression to the mean. I have sent about 3,300 messages Had 117 people opt-in (roughly 3.5%) still happy with that on cold leads I had 17 people show up to my first "event" (i just showed them how to set-up their GMB) 22 People joined my skool group (100+ invites pending) I didn't really pitch anything on the "event". Just to join the skool community. I did get 3 call bookings from the event though. The show rate to the events will be interesting to follow. I had 53 opt in for the first one, but 17 show. I sent sms, email reminders, and a personalized video to every single person. The time-zone changes seem to be an issue I had people joining the hour after it started. Any ideas for nurture to show sequence and time zone issues Following up with all this businesses will most likely be where I make the money. Trying to figure out how to get these business owners to engage in skool community will be interesting. No sales yet from this campaign which is okay I am patient. From y'alls perspective any areas you think I could improve.

Google Review Campaign + Reactivation
Hey folks, so if want to get some Google reviews on old clients in order to boost SEO but I ALSO want to run a DBR campaign to put some cash in my customer's pocket, what is the best way? Run Google review ask first then wait a week and hit them with an offer?

@Tom P ^ agree. GR for warm and current clients, and reactivate the old ones, then GR for those that got reactivated.
Not Sure How to Proceed
Alright - This may be lengthy. So my industry pretty much does NOT collect leads beyond what they sell, and it's a one time purchase every 5-10 years. The average ticket per biz can vary from $800 upwards of $2000 depending on location. Most are making $30k-$50k per month Most don't have CRMs/Systems in place either. How I was able to to collect $6.5k last month for 3 months PIF for GHL SaaS offering. Which, compared to what I could be doing, I realize, is a fraction. I've ran ads, generated leads, and it's indeed true, NONE of the business owners I've worked with have any sales skills, phone sales skills, any thing remotely related to sales ability. In fact, I have a user that has generated 40+ leads from our uphex templates, sold 1, and don't think they've called any of the others. I have business owners who get pre booked appointments, and never even call the lead to confirm. I on the other hand, worked in this industry as a top sales rep my self, and have done over $10m in my phones sales career in 3 years. I've tried a standard $1-2k monthly model, have tried a results only model, and ran into the same problem, which is these business owners don't know how to work a lead list. I need to move into a 1 time high ticket up front and then a pay per show appt performance model. I really just need to take responsibility and build out my own team of reps to call and set appts. Which is where I get a little stuck. I'll seemingly have to do those calls myself until I get to enough clients or lead flow for clients to justify hiring. I guess if I started collecting $5-10k up front I could have the ability to fund an in house appointment setter. My entire career I've sold high ticket, seeming to have a mental barrier in this case because of the lack of "results" in this case. I suppose I just need to pony up, put my foot down, and tell these "business owners" what the fk to do. Which is pay me. Considering just acquiring, partnering, or starting my own biz in the industry to prove the model and then turning into a license/franchise so these people can pay me to get the system that the industry can't seem to figure out, rather than me trying to convince them to do the shit they should already be doing.

I mean if sales or or closing deals over phone is a problem all across your niche. And they know this is a problem they all struggle with. And you can provide with or have a solution for that problem, then I assume you will become very rich and valuable. Maybe try to view those problems as opportunities for your service, even though thats really hard. The more problems you solve the more valuable, i guess

@Liam Chase 👍 Im also going to make a «call center» /appointment setter team, when I have more experience and can make great SOP’s to follow. Let me know when you start to build your team as well tho:)
