Hello everyone! My name’s Sarah 20 (almost 21) y.o. I’m in my 3rd year of an animation degree, and I absolutely love learning about and working on character designs and concepts. I’ve been working on improving my art and design skills a lot the past few years, and I hope to improve even more with everyone here!

Hi guys , can someone offer tips or guidance? I’m looking to improve my designs and create more expressive characters, similar to this example bellow. Does anyone know how I can study this or recommend any resources that could help with this improvement?

I started this piece for last month's challenge, but life and work got a bit hectic. Still, I wanted to finish it before moving on to this month's challenge! XD It didn’t quite come out as I envisioned, but I’m hopeful I’ll have more time to dedicate to the next one.
