Concessional rates for income support recipients?
Hi Brains Trust... what is the position of schools when it comes to providing concessional rates to potential customers on income support payments? In Australia, this would be for those on Youth Allowance, Jobseeker, and Pension payments. To what level would this concession (in terms of $$) would this be viable?

@Stuart Brooks I see merit in concessional rates. If we put people before profit, and considering the benefits for those who are vulnerable, then having a concessional rate would mean greater intake, greater sustainability in training for that demographic, and greater accessibility for that group who would need it most

How do i get rid of the ok?
When im presenting i find myself saying OK? at the end of sentences / statements, i realise i do this to ask the audience if they understand... how do i get out of my head to say ok lol...

Maybe preface your delivery by asking for questions at the end; that way you give yourself permission to continue your speech without checking for understanding?
