What are your favorite ways to build engagement?
I have a small paid community that is growing very slowly. Most of the members are new to Skool. While I'm great at creating content, I'm not the best at encouraging daily engagement. What are some things you do to encourage them to stay active in the community on a daily basis -- especially with a small community with under 20 members? How do you "teach" your new-to-skool members the habit of being on the app regularly? Your thoughts, suggestions, and insights are much appreciated.

@Ellie Shoja I would say go for it. What’s the worst that can happen? Give them value, an instant win and a prize they really want and I can’t see how it wouldn’t work

@Ellie Shoja On top of it you are training your community to be active from the very beginning
What do you think of this update?
Now we can see the community rules instead of the number of admins. I think it is good. Is this new today?

How often should I post? 👀
I need your help. I am involved in a community and we are facing a bit of a dilemma. In the community, we have been doing a thing called the "Daily Prompt", a value post on a NEW topic, which we post daily in the free community. I am considering doing a topic per week and going deep with a post on it for 5-7 days with different angles/applications/exercises..etc rather than changing every day. Keep in mind this is on top of 2 weekly calls, and other posts that go into the community. I just worry that one thing per day may be confusing and less helpful than expanding on a topic for a whole week. I also worry this is too much on top of everything else we are doing! Please let me know if you think I should stick to a new topic per day or a new topic per week? And also how often should you post in your own community? We want to make sure that space is left for everyone else to post, etc.... Thank you so much!

@Dee Greene Currently it is a free community but will be changing to paid soon- at the moment there are two live calls on zoom per week ( one for beginner and one for advanced NLP practitioners or people who are just learning) , daily NLP tips and tricks that are instantly actionable, a free breakthrough call with Anita where she will have a session with you and get to know you as well. There are some mini courses and soon a 3 hour course on Structural Psychology and NLP which will be live for all the members and recorded for all members afterwards. Do you think we should add or remove anything?
How Patrice Makes $30k/m On Skool At 22-Years-Old
In February 2024, @Patrice Moore was making $0/month. She’d just quit her job and had no audience, offer or skill. Fast forward 6 months, she’s a Skool Games Winner who’s making over $30k/month. I caught up with Patrice when she was in Vegas for the Winner’s Hormozi Mastermind to find out: - The exact step-by-step blueprint of how she did it - A month-by-month breakdown of her income on the way to 30k/month - And the daily routines/habits she used to get there Check it out! 👇🏼

I am super proud. Well done. I have been connected for a few months now, she is a rock star. I would love to know the strategy for retention and keeping churn at bay after such a huge win. Any tips for us mere mortals?
Rules for this community
I'm not happy with the recent trends in this community. This is a place for genuine conversations and connections with other community owners. This is not a place for you to build your "thought leader" reputation with "4 things I learned in Bali about leadership" type posts and hollow comments. Here's the rules: 1. Don't be annoying 2. No self promotion 3. Don't use chatGPT 4. This isn't LinkedIn: Don't be a "thought leader" (see meme) 5. No engagement farming: Empty content to boost posts and get likes 6. Be positive 7. Make an effort If you see any posts/comments that break these rules - report them. If you're not sure, report them anyway. We're tightening up moderation.

I appreciate this. There is a lot of this here. Especially the empty comments for likes, and people who just go and like everything ( yes I was guilty ) chasing the flame ( which I never got as to be honest if its not of value or real connection or relevant to me I don't really care about getting it based on empty connection. There does seem to be a double standard where people with clout can do this but get away with it. It does set an example to those of us new to the platform). Chasing the flame feels addictive and dopamine chasing to me which is not what I am about). I think there is a lot of value being posted but again, also like me, not knowing exactly how this platform functions can be hard. I see a lot of the leaderboard spam liking and adding low value, I also see people learning the platform trying to do it but not quite getting the way it works. I appreciate the organic growth of the platform and having vague rules ( as mentioned in the Hormozi and Evelyn video) and not wanting to limit people, but also I from experience have had mass overwhelm on this platform and trying to get to understand the beast was and continues to be a challenge. It's new, thats all there is to it, and for us older people ( like over 30) it takes a second to adopt this new stuff and get it straight away. That being said we have life experience and value to add. Anyhow, just my two cents. Thanks for sharing this. Will do my best!
