Liver Cleanse!
Ok, I finally did it! I did the liver cleanse! Today is the day after, feel better than yesterday. All I can say is, holy sh*t I passed a lot of stones !! They came in all sizes shapes and colors too. I was fascinated with what came out (sorry if this is TMI for some). I will def do this again as I clearly have more left. So today, I am still drinking magnesium, going to keep the food light and see how the rest of the week goes. Thanks for everyone' s support, especially @Shea Lehnen and @Brenda Green . I also just got the liver cleanse book by Andreas Moritz. My spouse is now interested in doing this! He asked a good question about why he should do it since he doesn't have his gallbladder and I told him he probably has stones in his liver.

100 days of consistency...
Thanks for this post. I know discipline wasn't used in the context of action but it had me thinking... Discipline initiates action. Consistency sustains it. They work symbiotically over time to allow change. They are integral to the divine masculine energy of structure, direction, stability which is my current focus and growth area. 18 minutes...I like that. And it makes me think of the idea "how you do one thing is how you do everything",

Felling super inspired! What- Raise my level of consciousness. Why-Gain clarity. Anchor-I am that I am. I am everything I have been and everything that I will be right now. So what does that mean? 💫 Jounral every day, water fast, liver cleanse, bed early, morning/evening sun, morning routine, and at least one of these per day: cold plunge, DM, ground/forest bathe, trip 💫 Plus set up fasting schedule for the upcoming few months. Finally, thank what no longer serves for teaching me and release!

This was super helpful for me too! Build clubs in community/locally makes sense with such a saturated online market and potential changes in world economy and food issues in the future. I also resonated with the last piece on rental properties. With our property, it is something we have been considering....60 acres at the base of a ski run down the mountain, bike and hike trails, perfect farm land, 1 minutes from town....but this discussion gave me some things to consider as I contemplate Future Me. Thanks for asking the question and for the thorough discussion :)
