Bio: Have had headaches/migraines for over 40 years. I have fibo and arthritis. Have tried numerous meds and medical procedures. Nothing has helped

I am 44 a paraprofessional and mama. I have several autoimmune disorders. Triggers can be the weather, stress, sickness . I have 5-6 migraines a week.
