Some issues that we run into as Sales Consultants is Marketplace Objections and the questions customers have about vehicles history, condition, warranty etc. A common question I get is to Share the CARFAX report and run a BiWeekly payment for them.. is this a good idea ? Since some cars have minor claims and it could be better to persuade a customer of the value in person versus losing the customer on spot over text. Let me know what you guys think!
