Hey everyone!!
Hey everyone! I am Adryana Todd! Many of you know me as many different names: Adry, Greg Todd’s daughter or maybe even kid 1! I have a new title now as I am officially apart of the SSHC Team! So honored! I am Community Relations Specialist. I am going to be assisting with the community groups, making engaging posts and activities, and most importantly communicating with you guys! Fun Fact Friday!
Hi everyone once again! Good evening! Here is a fun fact for this Friday! Did any of you know that consumers who received a marketing email about a product spend 83% more when shopping? That is crazy! Get to writing those emails everyone! They are effective and the way to go!

@Dilia Rivera I think those are great offers. Maybe a freebie could be on what is mindful eating? I bet a lot of people don't even know what is that or what it entails. I have an idea of what mindful eating is but not 100% sure
