New Year, New Opportunities: Why January is the Perfect Time to Visit Title Offices!
The start of a new year is prime time to connect with title offices and showcase your notary services. Everyone is refreshed from the holidays, ready to tackle new goals, and often open to forming new business connections. So, why not use this momentum to your advantage? Put Those ‘Pop-In’ Gifts to Work Remember those thoughtfully planned pop-in gifts? (If you’ve got a stash of goodies, you’re already ahead of the game!) A small, professional gesture—like a basket of treats or branded supplies—can leave a lasting impression. The key here is thoughtful simplicity: think desk-friendly items like pens, sticky notes, or coffee packets that say, “I’m here to help make your job easier.” The Power of Curiosity When you pop in, don’t just hand over your gift and rush off. Make this an opportunity to connect! Use curiosity as your secret weapon. Ask questions like: - “What’s the biggest challenge you face with notary services?” - “Are there any types of signings you wish more notaries were trained in?” - “What makes your favorite notaries stand out?” These open-ended questions show that you’re genuinely interested in helping them succeed, not just pitching your services. Plus, you’ll gain valuable insights to tailor your approach and set yourself apart from the competition. Set Yourself Apart for the Year Ahead First impressions in January can lead to long-term relationships. By showing up as a prepared, professional, and personable notary, you’re planting seeds for referrals and repeat business throughout the year. Title offices will remember you as the solution-driven notary who showed up with a smile and a plan. Pro Tip: Schedule your visits strategically! Call ahead to confirm when staff are less busy and more open to having a quick chat. The mid-morning “coffee break” window is often a sweet spot. As you step into these offices, remember: your professionalism paired with genuine curiosity is a winning combination. Let this be the year you build strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with title offices.

New Year, New Opportunities: Why January is the Perfect Time to Visit Title Offices!
2024 Wind Down
As I reflect on 2024 winding down, I'm deep in the process of structuring my goals and aspirations for 2025. Like many entrepreneurs, I'm not just thinking about business targets – I'm taking a holistic look at how I can optimize both my professional and personal spheres. On the business front, I'm revamping several key processes that need fine-tuning. This pause between years offers the perfect opportunity to step back and evaluate what's working and what needs adjustment. Sometimes we get so caught up in the day-to-day that we forget to refine our systems. One thing I'm particularly mindful of this year is carving out dedicated space for personal achievements. It's easy to let business goals overshadow personal ones, but I'm determined to maintain a better balance in 2025. Whether it's that hobby I've been meaning to pursue or the fitness milestones I want to hit, these personal wins deserve just as much attention in my planning process. The key, I'm finding, is to be as intentional with personal growth as I am with business development. Each goal, whether professional or personal, is getting its own clear roadmap and measurable milestones. Here's to making 2025 a year of balanced achievement and growth on all fronts!

Linkedin-Following
Good morning all. I am searching for Estate Attorneys on google. I find someone that I want to know more about I go to their Linkedin page and follow and see what they have been posting. How do you connect with them if you choose to? When I click on more it gives me options like connect. When I click on it you can send a personal message, but you only have 200 characters. I'm not always able to find an email. Suggestions are appreciated.

@Carol Ringwald love this
Wind beneath my wings or just hot air keeping me a float?
I realized somethings today, I'M WAY TO SCATTERED!!! I was reminded of a coaching call with our #! @Jen Neitzel probable about a year ago when we were talking about, what my focus was going to be on, What a great question! I have too many directions I'm trying to go and not getting any where. So I'm grateful that all KINDA 🤡 clicked for me today, it's not a new realization but I believe I'm ready to make some changes NOW because of it. Its easy for me to just get by with what I'm doing, I float pretty well..L0L I have learned a lot about the way I talk to myself and will continue to be my own cheerleader believing I can accomplish my goals and when I get down, that's the perfect time rise back up. I expect a lot of myself, I talk a big game with very little action, meaning I now get the oppurtunitie to find my priorities and get back to basics. Since I renew my commission this year, I'm seeing it a fresh start, I don't HAVE to carry this baggage with me, no need to keep these unfinished lists and continue feeling bad for what I have not accomplished. It's been feeling a lot like a reset button. I'll be working on my little plan and will be sharing it to get some feed back. Thank you all for showing up your YOURSELVES and for the group. I'm defiantly enjoying this change. Happy Holidays ya'll!

@Kat Plamondon What an amazing realization! It takes a lot of courage to recognize when things feel scattered and decide it’s time for a reset. It sounds like you’re setting yourself up for success by focusing on priorities and getting back to basics—such a powerful mindset shift, especially with a fresh commission ahead. I love how you’re embracing self-compassion while staying your own cheerleader. That balance is key for moving forward without the weight of unfinished lists. Excited to see your plan when you’re ready to share—it’s inspiring to watch you take charge of this new chapter. Happy (belated) Holidays and cheers to this fresh start! You’ve got this!
