I'm giving away Snappy for free! ๐Ÿค–
I have decided to give Snappy away for free to this community! To gain access, all you need to do is reach Level 2! I spent hundreds of hours putting Snappy together so that anyone could easily establish the critical parts of their web app in as little as 20 minutes. That means User Authentication, Stripe Payments, Google OAuth, Magic Link Password Reset, Stripe Connect, Stripe Subscriptions, and more, all ready to go. I've considered offering it for $250, $500, or even $999...but I've decided what I would rather have in exchange is you taking part in this community. I figure that this way, you can get started with building your web app, and if you need private help, you can reach out to me for further investment. By the end of this week, Snappy will be available in the community classroom to anyone at Level 2 or higher :) Eventually, this might be raised to Level 3. To reach Level 2, simply get 5 "thumbs up" on your comments or posts. Once there, you'll get access to the Snappy Boilerplate and can join our weekly calls to learn how to use it to build your idea. Feel free to invite other motivated builders to join this community. Low-code is growing, and so is our group! If you'd like to learn how low-code can boost your earnings and save you money, join our office hours calls or send me a DM!

How To Build A SaaS Agency (Free Guide)
When you joined this group, the goal for many of you was to build and launch your own SaaS product. I share that same ambition, but speaking with you in the weekly calls has lead me to a realization. My success in SaaS wasn't found in creating my own product; but by creating the products and services that clients desire. A Shift in Our Journey Together: We're now embracing a slightly different, yet very powerful path - building a high-ticket development agency, mastering client acquisition, project management, and providing top-notch technical consulting. Why This Matters My own success has stemmed not from launching individual SaaS products, but from building custom solutions for clients and diving deep into technical consulting. This is where I, and many other successful agencies, have struck gold. Selling the Shovel In this era of a SaaS 'gold rush,' while many chase the dream of creating the next big SaaS, agencies have found success in providing the development โ€“ the 'shovel.' In any gold rush, those supplying the tools often reap the greatest rewards. Introducing a SaaS Agency Guide To complement our new direction, I'm developing a live, evolving SaaS Agency guide. This resource will grow in real-time, capturing the latest insights from our experiences. It's not just a guide; it's a shared journey of discovery and growth. What This Means for You Our guide will dive into this philosophy, teaching you how to be the indispensable provider in this tech era. We'll cover everything from client acquisition to high-value technical consulting โ€“ the skills that make you indispensable in the tech gold rush. Building for Today, Preparing for Tomorrow While our current focus is on client-based project delivery and consulting, the foundational skills you'll acquire here lay the groundwork for any future tech endeavors, including launching your own SaaS. Your Role in Shaping Our Guide Your engagement, feedback, and perspectives are crucial. This guide is a collaborative creation, shaped by our collective insights and experiences.

You sold me at the shovel metaphor. ๐Ÿคฉ I do think the individual founderโ€™s strengths play a huge part in deciding which path to pursueโ€ฆand where they are in their journey. Like I noticed how many highly-skilled people are in this community (given most of you have technical backgrounds) so it does make a lot of sense to build an agency empire of sorts. But at some point, the more we interact and serve business clients, the more weโ€™ll see the bigger picture / context of their problem space outside of just the technical solutions theyโ€™re hiring us for (e.g., product-market fit, growth & engagement, IPOs, exits, etc.). After all, we like to build stuff so we can earn profits or build leverage to ROIโ€”just like our clients. Some pre-founders may seek to grow in solving for the bigger problems of their clientโ€™s businesses, while others may opt to double down on improving the tech to address tech pain points. Iโ€™m glad to see which position youโ€™re taking here (agency route)! Iโ€™m looking to explore this myself because itโ€™s the practical next step, but I canโ€™t deny the pull of curiosity towards the alternative! Cris Do once mentioned that optimizing for the metrics (aka technical tactics) is working for the short-term goal, but building intangibles (brand value, etc.) is working for the legacy leverage (think Ferrari, Coke, etc.). Sooo it depends where weโ€™re at, right? Either way, navigating (increasing) complexity is perhaps the most necessary skill. It would be great to have a shared mindset and roadmap with these considered! Grateful for all that youโ€™re putting out here for us to learn, apply, and think about, @Robert Boulos !
System as a Service (SaaS) Idea: Central Dashboards ๐Ÿ
I've noticed a kind of 'System as a Service' that applies to so many industries - Central Dashboards. For example - an Amazon Coach teaches the strategies for how to become a successful online seller, and also provides an E-Commerce Dashboard where you can manage your PPC, monitor your sales, check inventory, and automate review requests. Here are some more ideas: Social Media Dashboard: A social media expert could create an info-product that teaches businesses how to create a successful social media strategy, and combine it with a central dashboard where businesses can manage all their social media accounts, schedule posts, track analytics, and engage with their audience. Marketing Dashboard: A marketing consultant could create an info-product that teaches businesses how to create and implement a marketing plan, and combine it with a central dashboard where businesses can track their marketing campaigns, monitor their website traffic, and analyze their audience. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Dashboard: A sales expert could create an info-product that teaches businesses how to manage their customer relationships effectively, and combine it with a central dashboard where businesses can track their leads, manage their contacts, and automate their sales processes. Project Management Dashboard: A project management expert could create an info-product that teaches businesses how to manage their projects effectively, and combine it with a central dashboard where businesses can track tasks, collaborate with team members, and manage deadlines. Financial Dashboard: A financial consultant could create an info-product that teaches businesses how to manage their finances effectively, and combine it with a central dashboard where businesses can track their income and expenses, manage budgets, and plan for financial goals. Website Analytics Dashboard: A website optimization expert could create an info-product that teaches businesses how to optimize their website for better performance, and combine it with a central dashboard where businesses can track website analytics, monitor visitor behavior, and make data-driven decisions for website improvement.

@Robert Boulos WOW. Okay, Iโ€™m hella excited for this course now. :D Iโ€™ve only used Webflow in the past and have been tinkering with Flutterflow recently for a basic content-driven mobile app project. But for web apps, are Wized and Xano super compatible with Webflow? Or would noobs like me be needing to go through a bit more than low-coding to get these working as seamlessly and as fast with Webflow? Any realistic piece of advice would help! Thanks, Rob!

@Robert Boulos Much appreciated! I'm loving the use cases and docs overview by both Wized and Xano so far.
Designer ready for higher-value(d) skills
Hi, guys! Glad to have come across this group! My long and arduous journey in design has brought me to no-code and micro SaaS building. Especially since most businesses only see design as a very small if not negligible expense item compared to sales or development and even social media presence. So I'm here to level-up and see where my design practice can become a strategic advantage (and help anyone here) in the 2020's era of commerce when paired with other high-value (or higher-valued) skills.

@Roger Rodriguez I'm so glad to hear that coming from a founder/boss, Roger! I guess designers like me just need to find and work with the right people who see the intangible value of design and it's ROI.
