Temporary Closure of MSK Radiology School
Chris here I analysed this free skool. I decided to temporarily close it. The reason is a push of my self to simplify work and life and spend time where I have more impact. Making everything smoother and more efficient. This skool project did not really have a clearly defined purpose and this is also shown in the activity. There is bit of a confusion here about what to do and what not to do. In the last 30 days, 24% of members were active here. For comparison, in the Virtual fellowship skool, monthly activity ranges between 61- over 80%. It was a bit of an experiment in terms of organic outreach (in case you are interested). Didnt work. I will use many of the videos and push them on parteon and youtube. I think you will still be able to watch the content, but not posting new stuff. My focus will go more into new YouTube videos as I have more fun being creative there and also the Virtual MSK Fellowship, where I can help radiologists the most (see for yourself) I have some ideas for future use of this skool, but time does not permit it at the moment. To stay in touch, subscribe to my youtube channel and also submit your email address here (you need to lick on *watch free training*. thanks for trying this out bw chris

I think the same. Many colleagues (including me, of course) benefit from this free exchange, from the cases and also the videos. If it is primarily a financial problem, I think that many colleagues would be willing to make some contribution here.

bone MRI vs fluorosocpy
hi, interesting to see the HADD in SSP only on bone MRI (zeroTE), on fluoroscopy not really, although we can assume it, slightly medially projected over bone, still i thought this is interesting and worth sharing with you guys p.s. was easy to see on standard MRI sequences, so.. not a diagnostic problem

@ chris not really. 3D WATS is a pulse sequence for 3 Dimensional images with gradient echo technique with T1 weighting contrast and combined with Water Selective Excitation (WATS). Water Selective Excitation is a technique used to liquidate fluids and suppress fat. This technology utilizes the effects of a chemical shift between fat and water, with spatial selectivity based on the selective frequency of water excitation. The Merge Sequence is a spoiled T2*-weighted sequence (Philips calls it "M-FFE")

Fatty isointense lesions (T1) in the bursa, so I would suggest lipoma arborescens. Rice bodies are more likely iso/hypointense in T1
