Michael from (upstate) Rochester, NY
Hi, Fit 4 Life Family. I'm so glad, grateful and blessed to be here. My goals have been more defined now that life is getting back to a normal after the pandemic. I work with clients that have multiple diagnoses, mostly psychological, along with substance use, or another challenging disorder. I'm a therapist, and counselor that helps these individuals succeed in the community instead of being locked up in a facility. I also focus on my fitness, nutrition and overall wellness. Finally I feel the time is right to explore my spirituality journey. Everything from white light healing energies, vibrations, meditation, frequencies, mediumship, and manifesting and obtaining the highest and best life. I'm open minded, looking to learn and share thoughts, ideas with all of you for the highest and best life.

45 challenge
Is everyone on the same day in the challenge? Or does the 45 start when you start? First time here was Sunday 2/25

Tuesday - Thought
Here’s a Tuesday thought for you What if you did it. What if you did these 5 rules for the 45 days? What would you look like? How would you feel? Think about that💪🏼 And let it motivate you!

This is true on so many levels, I agree with Brandon's earlier comment about sharing on our stories, ive already was non stop raved about last Sundays workout stretching and meditation I don't know do you ever do a guided meditation, it helps newer mediators be guided. And also helps with the ego from interfering. Like you mentioned there is no wrong way to meditate but helps those focus more directly to our highest and best fitness and wellness goals
