Huge updates in the comments!! I’m having some problems today. I have texted Earon to get his thoughts on this, I know he is really busy so I thought I would post it and get y'all's thoughts. I feel like I have been kicked in the gut pretty badly. Every one of the deals that we have signed has been or will have to be terminated in the next couple of days (2 today). None have sold. Even the one I have had since November (trying to get clear title) fell apart this morning and got dropped. I’m not finding any closable deals from other wholesalers. They seem to be closing the good ones themselves (rightfully so). This is one of the two things I hate about this model. I want to figure something else out here. I have only closed one deal all year and it wound up being a direct deal from a buyer friend that had an emergency sale. This is the problem I had all of last year with JVs. I only did JV's last year and it was my worst year ever, only closed like 8 deals all year and didn't even break $100k gross revenue. I don't have a lot of money to spend but I do have a marketing budget. I am tired of jumping from one thing to the next but I feel like after almost a year and a half of JVs barely working and not even paying all the bills it might be time. Yalls thoughts??? Im so freaking frustrated that I have been doing this business for so long and am still in this position!!!🤬
