It's a rolling limit so it resets every day depending on the chats you initiated in the last 7-days from today. 😊

They are all bots/spammers and you should NOT let them into your group. This is a crucial step to make sure your group remains spam-free. 😊

7 Day Trial and Annual Subscriptions
I just had a member sign up to the Annual Subscription with a 7-Day Trial However it's showing them as on the monthly $99/month is this just a UI issue or does this mean they are actually on the monthly? They are pretty sure they had selected the annual sub --- If i cancel their subscription can they go through the process again with the trial?

Hey @Mark Channon, looks like the member signed up for monthly itself, not yearly. Unfortunately if you remove them from the group now, they won't get a free trial again as each profile can only get a single free trial for one group. However they can go to your group settings > click upgrade to annual & they will be changed into annual plan and get charged for annual subscription once the free trial is over. 😊
