3rd Quarter
As we go into August and begin to close out the 3rd quarter, what lessons will you take with you from January til now to implement and move forward your business and yourself in the last stretch? 2024 is definitely moving at light speed but don’t forget to take a “time out” to reflect and reset before the next quarter just like we do in team sports 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

@Jessica Carr I LOVE IT!!!! August definitely feels like the month to plan out next year so come Nov-Dec systems are in place and I can focus on family versus the business

@Jessica Carr For myself I am on the same lines of writing out my plans so that I’m not all over the place like the first half, while also making sure that my energy is focused on the small things of today versus being worried about the major issues of the future. Take care of today and tomorrow will sort itself out lol

Alright I hope everyone had a good start this morning, I want to start sharing tips that can help you all daily in your business. Tip 1: Instead of forcing your ideas or products onto your "target audience", you need to meet them at their current needs and preferences. It's like being a good friend—listen to what they want and give them that, rather than telling them what they should want. When you meet customers where they are, you build trust and create more meaningful, lasting relationships. Instead of going for quick bookings and purchases, you build long-term loyal fans, followers, or clients. I'd love to hear your thoughts.

I agree. I have a habit of thinking everybody wants to save money at my current job but actually it’s people that’s willing to pay no matter the cost, as long as I meet them halfway. Understand what they have going on, present something that works, and send em the bill. I used to be scared to talk numbers because I would think as a consumer vs an employee but it helps to build brand loyalty ironically

Mid Year Check In
Hey there family!!!! Just wanted to reach out and check in. I wasn’t able to make the virtual call so I decided to come here instead For me right now I feel like I’m standing still or slipping back into that place of fear but it’s okay. I now see myself from a Birds Eye view and can adjust to overcome. I’m learning to take a step back from helping others to build their kingdoms to focus on my own, because if I don’t it will never get built. Also i’ve put more effort into my mental and physical wellbeing so that I can give my all to my journey and not just a part of me. I’m still on the hunt for a solid mentor but I will have one soon. And in the meantime I’ve come across many veterans in the trucking industry who have blessed me with so much good advice and guidance for the future. Wanted to post this with all transparency to let everyone know we will go through all emotions on this journey but long as we keep fighting we will be alright
