2 days ago, I finally closed on a 1bed condo that I got an accepted offer on. Contractors in working, battling with strata and lots to learn. I'll share the journey as I go

After putting in so many offers, not getting it and repeat, finally got this one under contract. Competed against 15 other offers 😬 Vancouver market is truly something. Just met up with my contractor yesterday to go over the plans and budget. Few minor things need to be adjusted but plan is to GO! as always. In couple hours, i'll be meeting up with him at the material shop to shop around and talk about it more ! Super exciting for my 1st flip in BC ! Stay tuned for more updates !💖
