He was talking about renting A.I. tools for royalties by placing them in FLOW. He had another line in that post. This one: “👉Let's set up a FLOW this week!” It got me thinking... What’s my fastest path to set up a passive income flow with A.I. tools this week? And then that got me thinking… What’s my fastest path to stack flows and have a river by end of the year? I wrote down one way I could go about this. Here’s a peek inside my “road map” notes… ===== Control (or create) a 1-problem solver Ai tool, and put it into distribution (flow) I could… Find (or create) tools that solve my own problems. Or… and this seems faster to me… I could find existing tools that already solve a problem, pick one, use B.A.D. to license (rent) it from the owner, and use NEER’s and STM (Shogun Traffic Method) newsletters to put it into flow. Combine it with an offer using what Travis created and coined the “Demo then Domino” method, and I’ve got a winning combination. I’ve already started with the latter. Challenge: 6 weeks left until the new year. Can I set up one new flow per week, 6 total, by end of 2024? For best FLOW potential a tool must have these 3 criteria: 1) Easy to Demo: Solves 1 problem with a simple output job that gets done 2) Runs the user up to an obvious natural next problem that needs solved (bonus if solved with another A.I. tool that outputs a job-that-gets-done result) 3) Can join with a “makes sense” bonus in a domino offer Pick 1 A.I. tool, Get familiar with it, Outreach to owner for offer/marketing material Identify NEERs for distribution with my NEER Finder tool I created.

Got tinkering over the weekend and made my first AI tool. Mostly for myself. But thought rockstars might get a kick out of it too? I type in a bit of work life experience and some of my interests. It pops out niches I relate to, with pains to solve now, and simple AI tool suggestions to solve them… AI tools simple enough to build in a couple of hours and rent out to them. It also gives me a few NEERs who would benefit getting this tool to their peeps. Not gonna lie, this AI stuff got me more excited than finding the house with unguarded bowls of full size candy bars on halloween. I got a few more tweaks to make on it. Ok. From the sublime to the ridiculous maybe. My first go was a reasonable success with a deal done with an owner of a 3k list of subscribers where a 3 time blast cost me just $50. On my second go, with a different list owner, I have sent out the first email enquiring if he would be open to someone sponsoring the newsletter (worded in the special Shogun Method way) and his response was a simple "Tell me more". So I responded as per the Shogun method again and asked him basically what kind of price would work for him on a test like this and he came back with... "Hi Roy, This can go out to over 330k people for $10k USD (paid upfront)." Wow! So, I'm a bit stumped at that. $10k is obviously way too big for a test and a lot more than I'd want to spend right out of the gate, so.. Help @Travis Sago! How the heck should I respond?
