Hey y'all! I am Melissa, most people know me as Mel or Coach Mel. I am an Online Health & Fitness Coach for women over 30. I specialize in helping women ditch diets, feel stronger, healthier & more confident than ever. But really my whole goal is to create a tribe of bad ass, confident women! I worked in the technology industry for almost 25 years so I have a good grasp on how to use technology to leverage my business but I am not very creative. I joined this group to cultivate my creativity because my current ideas are about as fresh as your Thanksgiving leftovers in the back of your fridge.
