My first month with the unshakable man has been life changing. I’ve learned to be aware, trust and understand my emotions. I’ve learned to set boundaries as well as bask in the uncomfortable feeling while enforcing them. I’ve learned to find the beauty in chaos and use every situation in my life as an opportunity to learn and grow into a better human. I’m excited to see what next month brings -Kevin jackson
