Gratitude
This is going to get a little off from Real Estate, so bear with me. And before you think it's just mumbo jumbo... Google the RAS (Reticular Activating System) What you focus on will grow in your life. It's amazing how our brain will look to reinforce our beliefs. If you are telling yourself that things never work out for you, your brain will seek out the negative reasons to reinforce your beliefs. So if you tell yourself that you have the worst luck, that you are always clumsy, etc... your brain doesn't know the difference between reality and make believe, so it's going to seek those opportunities because it's what you are telling it to do. On the flip side of the coin... If you look for opportunity, your brain will seek more opportunities. Sometimes we have to almost brainwash ourselves to get out of a negativity loop by continuously telling ourselves that "I'm blessed with amazing opportunities daily" and put our brain to work for us, now subconsciously seeking out those opportunities. Your brain is an amazing and powerful soldier... put it to work to win the right battles. Start today with gratitude. Look around you and I bet you can find 5 things that you may take for granted. Are you reading this post from the comfort of a heated/cooled home? Are you reading this post while sitting on furniture? Do you have a cup of warm coffee beside you? Perhaps a pet curled up at your side? Even the small things that people take for granted will help you develop a sense of deepening gratitude. My challenge for just the next week is to find 5 things daily that you can say "wow, I'm so thankful for this" or "5 years ago, this wasn't even a possibility for me". Personally, I'm grateful for this community; I don't need 10,000 people in this group; I need people that are serious about changing their lives, and a small group can make a huge impact with the proper motivation and attitudes. Have an amazing day everyone, and remember, gratitude is one of the strongest allies you'll ever have with you.

@April Nixon it's definitely a delicate balance when you are working to build wealth and maintain a healthy relationship. I admit that I've come up short on that front before when really pushing to grow business
Remember this above all else

Hmmm...
You’ve got $50,000 in capital. How would you invest it for the best return?

@Kevin May Would you mind going live with me one night on stream to discuss Washing capital through whole life? I get hit up a lot about the topic, yet I have stayed away from it because the people just seemed to have commission breath to close a deal

I'm familiar with a few of the books on here; solid list! We are actually looking into Dan Sullivan's program/mastermind (Who not How, Gap and the Gain, 10x is easier than 2x). One of my favorites lately is Dare to Lead by Brene Brown
